Individual Therapy and Couples Counseling

Welcome! I’m Alexis

I’m an integrative psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal, grow, and create more connection in their lives. I know firsthand how challenging life can be, and how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. Just by being here, you’re already taking a meaningful step toward greater well-being.

I offer a compassionate, affirming, and often lighthearted space to explore what may be getting in the way of your happiness. We'll gently untangle the places where you feel stuck, deepen your self-understanding, and help you move forward with greater ease, freedom, and a renewed sense of possibility.

While I address a range of concerns, I specialize in supporting individuals who experience anxiety, and those who identify as ‘people pleasers’ or perfectionists. I also focus on couples — empowering them work through challenges, improve communication, and build a more connected, resilient relationship for the future.
